Austrian operatic contralto. She was born 21 April 1921 in Linz, Austria and died 31 December 2003 in Berlin, Germany. Not related to Richard Wagner. As a contralto, she never sang the part of Sieglinde in Der Ring Des Nibelungun, which is a soprano part.
