      Americký publicista a spisovatel, žije v Brooklynu. Absolvoval Harvard College. Titul Ph.D. z oboru srovnávací literatura na Yaleské univerzitě nezískal, protože odešel před obhájením dizertační práce. Má dva bratry, jeho dvojče Austin Grossman píše romány.
