Gareth Jones

Gareth je autorem knih pro děti. Gareth Phillips Jones se narodil 30. prosince 1973 v polo-mýtickém městě Birmingham. První příběh, který kdy napsal, byl inspirován skutečnými událostmi a byl kolem potratu spravedlnosti, v němž se chlapec nazvaný Gareth dostal k řeči ve třídě. Pracoval trochu v televizi a produkoval zábavné přehlídky jako The Big Breakfast a Richard & Judy. Jednou pak milá dáma, která se jmenovala Sarah, laskavě souhlasila, že zveřejní něco, co napsal. Tohle byla The Dragon Detective Agency. Od té doby napsal různé knihy v různých žánrech, od komik-gothis Dědictví rodu Trnhoffů, až po sci-fi, Space Crime Conspiracy. Vyhrál Knihu roku modrého peteru pro kleziva Considine. Napsal deset knih Ninja Meerkats a čtyři v sérii The Adventures of Steampunk Pirates.
